Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty if sufficient notice is given. Further reschedules may incur an administration fee. Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the loss of all payments made. Models, Add-Ons & Extras Add-on services such as models, makeup artists, styling, or extended time must be confirmed and paid for in advance. Model fees are non-refundable once confirmed, unless the model themselves cancels. In this instance, a replacement will be sourced or a refund offered for the model fee. Any add-on items (props, sets, location hire) may be subject to their own terms and cancellation conditions. Use of Images & Copyright All teaching materials, behind-the-scenes videos, and recorded content remain the copyright of Stephanie Thornton LTD. If you purchase a video recording, it is licensed strictly for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or distributed publicly. Images taken by you during the session may be used for your personal portfolio and social media, but not sold or used for commercial workshops/training without written permission. Where models are provided, you must respect model release limitations. Liability & Conduct Attendees are responsible for their own equipment and belongings during the session. Stephanie Thornton LTD cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage. Attendees are expected to treat all models, staff, and participants with respect and professionalism at all times. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of the session without refund. Studio / Location Rules Health and safety guidance given on the day must be followed at all times. Smoke machines, aerosols, or special effects may only be used with prior approval. Booking confirms agreement to this policy
