Service Description
TRIBE Studio Hire gives members access to the studio to develop their skills, build their portfolio and bring personal creative ideas to life. Whether you're practising lighting, experimenting with new techniques, testing equipment or working on a personal project, this is your opportunity to create in a professional studio environment at an exclusive member rate. This hire is intended primarily for learning, practice and portfolio development as part of your TRIBE membership. If you're looking to hire the studio for regular commercial client work, please get in touch about our standard studio hire options. Studio lighting, modifiers and backdrops are available to use during your booking. If you'd like additional guidance while you're here, one-to-one mentoring can also be booked separately.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation Your studio hire is confirmed once your booking has been completed and payment has been received. Rescheduling & Cancellations Please provide at least 7 days' notice if you need to reschedule your booking. As studio time is reserved exclusively for you, bookings are non-refundable, but I'll always do my best to move your session where possible. Purpose of Studio Hire TRIBE Studio Hire is intended primarily for practice, portfolio development, personal projects and developing your photography skills. If you're looking to hire the studio for regular commercial client work, please get in touch about standard studio hire options. Studio Equipment Lighting, modifiers and backdrops included with your booking are available to use during your session. Please treat all equipment with care and return everything to its original location before leaving. Damage or Breakages Accidents happen. Please let me know immediately if any equipment is damaged or develops a fault during your hire. Leaving the Studio Please leave the studio clean and tidy, ready for the next member. This includes returning equipment, disposing of rubbish and leaving the space as you found it. Late Arrival Your booking begins and ends at the time reserved. Unfortunately, sessions cannot be extended due to late arrival. Studio Support If you've booked the optional Studio Support add-on, Stephanie or Steve will be available to help with lighting, setup and technical guidance during your session. If you're looking for dedicated tuition, please book a one-to-one mentoring session instead. Questions If you're unsure whether the studio is suitable for your shoot or have any questions before your booking, just get in touch. Responsibilities By booking TRIBE Studio Hire, you are responsible for ensuring that you and anyone attending your booking acts safely and respectfully whilst using the studio and its equipment. If you are photographing clients, models or members of the public, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate insurance, including Public Liability Insurance where required, and for obtaining any permissions or model releases necessary for your shoot. Please only use equipment you are confident operating safely. If you're unsure how to use any equipment, please ask before using it or consider booking the optional Studio Support add-on. You are responsible for any loss or damage caused through negligence or misuse of the studio or equipment during you
