Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation Your session is confirmed once your booking has been completed and payment has been received. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 7 days' notice where possible. I'll always do my best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Cancellations As one-to-one training is reserved exclusively for you, bookings are non-refundable. If sufficient notice is given, your booking can be transferred to another available date. Late Arrival If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other bookings. What to Bring Please bring your camera, charged batteries, memory cards and any equipment you'd like to learn with. If you're unsure what to bring, just get in touch beforehand. Photography Level Sessions are tailored to your experience and goals, whether you're just starting out or looking to refine advanced techniques. Studio Equipment Studio lighting and equipment are provided during your session unless we've agreed you'll be working with your own kit. Images & Recording You're welcome to take notes and behind-the-scenes photos for your personal learning. Any video recording of the training should be agreed in advance.
